Tracey has been consistently practicing yoga since 2012. Tracey fell in love with the practice when she discovered the mental clarity and mindfulness that she was able to cultivate on her mat, which then flooded into all areas of her life. Tracey is committed to providing her students with an intelligent, intense, sequence that challenges and strengthens both the mind and the body.  Tracey’s energy and enthusiasm are contagious. When flowing with Tracey you will experience a practice rooted in mindfulness, intentional hands-on assists and adjusts, and upbeat music, because yoga is supposed to be fun, right?  Tracey is passionate about making yoga accessible for all because she believes each time a student rolls out his or her mat there is an opportunity for self-discovery, growth, and connection.
