Dominika has been practicing yoga for half of her life and teaching for over a decade. She incorporates her vast experience in physical therapy and body movement mechanics to create functional and challenging flows. In her spare time you can find her doing CrossFit, trekking and diving. Take her class if you are comfortable being uncomfortable, want to learn about your body and sweat.
